DESCRIPTION:Following the workshop on the Physics of Parchment organized a
 t the University of Namur (2019)\, numerous participants had expressed the
 ir interest in carrying on their multidisciplinary interactions about the 
 historical fabrication of parchments and\, in particular\, about ways of r
 ecognizing which animal skins were used. This wish came true with the parc
 hment-making workshop\, which took place at the Gîte of Haugimont (UNamur
 \, Belgium) from 7 to 11 September 2020\, in the framework of the Pergamen
 um21 project\, and in collaboration with the Beasts To Craft (B2C) project
 .
